Full Course Description: The Art of Letting Go is a six-week transformational course designed for anyone seeking gentle healing, creative exploration, and nervous system regulation through the power of somatics and art. Blending meditation with intuitive mark making and hands-on creative play, this course offers you a safe and nurturing space to reconnect with your body and express emotions that words often can't reach. Six week course Each week includes: A 60-minute somatic art session (recorded) Daily morning prompts for jour to ground and reset A free Letter Prompt Tutorial for Abstract Art Making 🎧 Extra audio-based meditations and ASMR-style body journeys 💭 Space for reflection and creative journaling 🖐️ Gentle practices to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm You’ll be guided through mindful movement, breath, texture, and using colour or mark making to connect with your body, tension, or stress to release, clear energetic blocks, and explore your subconscious safely and artistically. We begin and end with a short grounding exercise, and use the act of movement on the page to tap into parts of your body or mind that might need healing.
