Refund Policy - The Basics
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details. Please ensure you keep your shipping materials for our records with NZ post. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required by the CGA.

Returns process: To request a return, email us at earthage@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be sent back in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
