  • All products are sold in accordance with New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable.

  • We accept payments via secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your payment details.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, as all items are handmade to order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • As all items are handmade to order, please allow 10–15 days for processing and delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier delays. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a resolution.

  • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of any defects must be provided.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

  • All artwork, designs, and branding on this website are copyrighted and owned by [Your Business Name].
